Shipping

Our estimated shipping turn around time is 10-14 business days depending on daily order volume. This estimate is for processing time only, not transit time.

The shipping service selected at checkout is transit time once your order has processed and shipped. Please note, once your order ships we can not guarantee UPS or USPS transit times.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your order is completed - if you receive a tracking number, your order will be dropped off at the shipping carrier that day!

Some items/sizes are in stock and will ship sooner than our estimated turn around time.

Returns

• Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date your order shipped for a gift card code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided on that order at checkout. 
• Complete the return form HERE. 
• All returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn and with the original tag(s) attached to the clothing.
• All sale items, personalized items and gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned item(s). Please note the tracking number if applicable.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

All we need you to do is fill out the return form and the pack your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there!  Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once your return is delivered to us, our team will put all of your information into the system as quickly as we can!  Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
